XtremStorage Rent-a-Rack:

1. How Our Leasing Service Works?

With our Rent-a-Rack program, you get each of our premium XS rack for just $14.95 per month to place at your facility for better service, as well as an sustainable revenue generation vehicle.

2. Set Up:

Once a week, XtremStorage staffs go to your facility to set up racks in all of empty spaces when available.

XS racks fit into all sizes of rental spaces. Multiple racks can be linked together in bigger spaces.

3. The Leasing Terms Are Simple:

- Racks are rented out as an option to your customers. Customer pays $14.95 a month.
- Collect the lease fees together with your space rental charge.
- By the 10th of each month, you fill out an online monthly Rent-a-Rack report and pay XtremStorage accordingly as per sharing plan.

Example: for each leased rack, you keep $4.95 as your administration income, pay
XtremStorage $10.00.

- When a customer chooses to buy it, you retain 20% as your administrative income and pay XtremStorage 80%.

4. Check Out Process:

- During the checkout inspection at the end of the space lease, you also perform a general inspection to ensure the rack is fully intact.

- You normally leave the rack in the place for the next customer. Only retrieve it to Transit-Storage when the new customer chooses not to rent.

- Throughout the lease duration, the customer has the opportunity to purchase the rack at a reduced price should they choose to do so. 

 5. Other Concerns:

- Transit-Storage: 

XtremStrage will rent a 10x10 space at 50% discount price from you as a Trans-Storage space to store new racks or used ones retrieved from spaces opted out by customers.

- Rack Assembling:

On a weekly basis, Xtrem Storage assembles (setup) one rack for every empty rental space available at that time.

You can also perform the assembly with less than 10 minutes of effort, and XtremStorage pays you $10 for each assembly.

- Opted Out Process:

When a new customer chooses not to lease the installed rack, you need to disassemble the rack and store it back to the Trans-Storage.

The disassembling is an easy process and usually takes less than 2 minutes.

- Safety Inspection: 

Performed safety checks when assembling or disassembling the racks. (1) No visible bend nor rust found on the up-right post or load beam; (2) No loss contact in any soldering points; (3) All load beams are tightly fit into locking slots on the posts.

- Damaged Racks:

You charge the customer for any obvious damage caused by the mis-use.
